Convention Badge Name and Membership Transfers
We’ll be printing convention badges shortly (either a standard badge, or a premium badge if you’ve purchased one).
Please ensure you’ve set the name you want on your badge by logging into our site and viewing your membership details. If you’re unsure of your login name or password, you can recover it using the email address you signed up for, or gave when purchasing your membership.
If you haven’t already agreed to the disclaimer, please take the time to do so, as it will save you time when picking up your badge at Swancon™.
If you have multiple memberships, you (or the person the membership is for) will need to create a new account on our site, with their correct membership details. You can then transfer the ticket to them by clicking the “My Tickets” link on the website.
To ensure your (or anyone else you’ve purchased a ticket for) badge has the correct name, please do this by Sunday.
